Karen is a seasoned marketing executive and the founder of KCH Consulting, Inc., where she has guided clients nationwide in developing media strategies and driving brand growth. Her career includes senior leadership positions at Katz Media Group (SVP, Network), Skyview Networks (VP), and Westwood One (RVP), with broad expertise spanning television, audio, and digital platforms.

She is based in Louisville, KY, and brings not only a wealth of industry experience but also a contagious energy and passion. Outside of work, she’s a proud “summer girl” who enjoys gardening, being outdoors, and spending time with her two grown children and three grandchildren.
