Territory Manager / Advertising Sales Position – Remote

The Huntington Billboard Co. is a rapidly growing media company with billboard assets in 14 states.

We are seeking talented sales consultants to sell & manage billboard inventory in Arkansas, Mississippi, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas, Florida, and more states TBD. This remote position would require traveling to various locations around the state or multiple states.

An advertising sales background is required, 5+ years of sales experience is preferred.

Ideal candidate would have experience selling billboards, radio, tv, print, digital, or direct mail.

Cold calling, diligent prospecting & presentation skills are mandatory.

Those applying need to be highly self-motivated, independent, and organized.

Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have basic computer skills. Experience with inventory software a plus.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation will be determined by the candidates’ skills and experience. We are willing to pay what is needed to secure a high performing media sales professional.

Sales Support Specialist – Hybrid

The Huntington Billboard Company is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our corporate team. Our company is headquartered in Gordon Ohio. We currently operate in 14 states and are growing rapidly. This is a hybrid position and requires several days in our Gordon, Ohio office and the other days remote. This individual will work closely with our sales & administrative teams.

Duties & Expectations:

At minimum, this individual will:

  • Train and become fully competent in modules of our Apparatix software.
  • Answer/Review inquiries & calls and route to appropriate salespeople / territory.
  • Become familiar with our billboard markets & inventory in all states.
  • Assist sales team with proposals, research, contracts, promotional materials.
  • Sales research for leads using Google Mapping, Google Places and other available programs.
  • Send out mailer campaigns for email, direct mail & texting.
  • Document and update all inquiries in call-in report / tabulate percentages.

Ideal Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of successful, professional work experience in marketing & or sales support.
  • Proficiency in all Google Workspace programs or equivalent, ie Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and maintain accuracy & urgency.
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude.

Salary Range $42,000-$45,000 determined by work experience.
