Ellie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cleary University and brings over 12 years of HR experience across the staffing, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for supporting employees, building effective teams, and helping organizations create positive workplace cultures.

Originally from Michigan, Ellie has called Ohio home for the past 12 years. She is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have three children who keep their family busy and active.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending summers on the lake in Michigan boating, tubing with her kids, and soaking up the sun. In her free time, she enjoys running and staying active. She also loves coaching her children’s soccer teams and cheering them on at their football, baseball, cheer, and dance events. Ellie is active in her community, teaching Sunday school at her church and volunteering at her children’s school. At home, the family is rounded out by their dog, Miller, and cat, Blue.
