How often will I get my check?
We send checks out once per quarter. Those dates are the same each year and are as follows:
1/15, 4/15, 7/15, 10/15
How are my payments figured?
Payments are determined by receipts, and each check will come with a voucher that details what we’ve received and the amount due to you. If you’re on a base rent arrangement, you’ll receive a check for the amount specified in your lease. This check won’t include a voucher since it is a fixed amount.
I don’t think my lease check is accurate.
It’s not unusual for there to be a discrepancy between your voucher and what’s shown on your sign. Payments are based on receipts and advertisers have varying payment schedules. Some pay the entire amount upfront, while others distribute payments in monthly or 4 week installments.
There is an advertisement on my board that I’m not being paid for.
At times, we place PSAs or filler ads at no charge in unsold ad space. These ads can be adjusted or removed to make room for paying advertisers who express interest in the space.
Who do I contact if I know of a business that wants to advertise on my sign?
You can call 1-800-704-5973 and select the option for sales. This person will help route you to the territory manager for your area and they will gladly reach out to that business.
Who do I contact if my sign is damaged, the vinyl is ripped or the lights are out?
You can call 1-800-704-5973 and select the option for maintenance. This will put you in touch with our maintenance manager and he will get the issue taken care of.
What do I do if I sell my property that has a billboard on it?
If you are selling your property that has one of our billboards on it you can call our office at 1-800-704-5973 and select the option for leasing. This will put you in touch with the leasing coordinator. She will help you with this change.
