Jen brings more than a decade of media experience, including 12 years in the radio industry, where she built a strong foundation in audience engagement and storytelling. She studied Art History at The Ohio State University and completed a two-year internship with Roy G. Biv Gallery, shaping her appreciation for visual communication and the arts.

Outside of work, Jen is a dedicated mother to her daughter, El, and remains actively involved in her community. She has supported youth-focused initiatives through the Children’s Lantern organization and continues her involvement with YES FM Toledo. In 2023, she also launched Potch, an all-natural line of soaps, laundry products, and skincare, blending her interest in chemistry with hands-on craftsmanship.
