Scott Whisman is the Territory Manager in Southeast Ohio.

Throughout his 30-year Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising career, Scott has excelled in sales leadership and business development, with an impressive track record at Clear Channel Outdoor in both Ohio and Houston. Most recently, he served as General Sales Manager for Reagan Outdoor in Indianapolis.

Scott is extremely passionate about the OOH industry and enjoys learning about clients’ businesses and creating partnerships that help them realize their goals and growth aspirations.

Scott is the father of two adult sons, Ryan and Kyle.

A proud graduate of Ohio University with a degree in Advertising/Media Management, Scott is also a dedicated Ohio State football fan! He is likes cooking and enjoys spending his weekends on the golf course or enjoying live music.
