Destiny began her accounting career in 2018 and has built a proven track record of transforming operations. Known for building and scaling accounting departments from the ground up, she has led multiple financial system upgrades, software migrations, and process improvements. Destiny has directed accounting operations through acquisitions and has partnered closely with operations, sales, finance, and HR to strengthen processes and drive efficiency. 

Destiny holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accounting from Grand Canyon University, graduating with honors. She is an approved CPA candidate with the Arizona State Board of Accountancy and is passionate about mentorship, process efficiency, and empowering teams to thrive under pressure. Her leadership style focuses on creating clarity, supporting professional growth, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Outside of work, Destiny is a devoted wife and mom of two active kids, Kameron and Kali, who play sports and are involved in dance and cheer. She and her husband Sean love cheering on their children, spending time at games and performances, camping together as a family, and attending Arizona sporting events. Creating lasting memories through shared experiences is one of their greatest joys.

Community and connection are deeply important to Destiny. She values being involved in things greater than herself, from supporting local events to helping others grow personally and professionally. Her drive to make a positive impact extends beyond the workplace, reflecting her belief in lifting others up and contributing to a thriving, connected community.
