With a background in business finance from Grand Rapids Community College, Josiah has a deep passion for supporting and watching small businesses grow. Inspired by observing the successful management of businesses within his extended family, he brings a wealth of insight and enthusiasm to the field. Josiah is dedicated to leveraging his education and experiences to help others achieve their business goals and navigate the complexities of growth.

Outside of work, Josiah stays active and engaged through training for distance races, playing pickleball, and camping in nature. Above all, he values deep relationships with his family and church, where he is actively involved.
