Leanna serves as the Director of Training & Special Projects. She joined the team in 2021 and keeps training, onboarding, marketing, and internal processes running smoothly so teams have what they need to succeed. With over 10 years of experience in marketing communications and graphic design, she helps bring structure and clarity as the company grows.

Leanna resides in Eaton, OH with her two daughters, who keep her on-the-go with dance classes, sports and 4H. She enjoys spending time on the lake, traveling and running a small business.
