At East Tennessee State University, Samantha received a double B.S. in Marketing and Management. Her background gives her the tools to understand client needs, develop effective solutions, and foster strong, long-term partnerships. She’s committed to clear communication, consistency, and a customer-first mindset in everything she does.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoy spending time with her husband, and soaking up everything her beautiful area has to offer — from local events to weekends in the mountains. East Tennessee isn’t just where she works — it’s home, and she is truly invested in helping it thrive.
