Effectiveness of Out of Home Advertising

Summer is finally here and we LOVE it. People are on the roads driving – taking kids to sports, enjoying their community, and slipping in road trips to discover new areas.

Do you ever wonder how OAAA influences consumer behavior? The OAAA (Out Of Home Advertising Association) hired  Rick Wilson, Associate Professor of Texas State University, San Marcos  to dig into this very thing!

The key performance indicators were:

  • Ad Recall. Whether a consumer remembered seeing an ad for a brand.
  • Purchase Consideration. A consumer’s interest in a brand.
  • Purchase Intent. A consumer’s interest in purchasing a brand.
  • Store Visits. A consumer visiting a store to purchase a brand.

 

The data speaks for itself. Billboards are an incredible avenue to raise awareness and grow YOUR company.
